The pool is an 8x4 meters saltwater pool with four massage jets, and the pool area is cleaned automatically. Although the pool is not heated, it is warm enough to swim in from May, reaching 24C.

The house is fitted with floor heating and separate & individually adjustable AC in all bedrooms and common areas. Additionally, digital locks and an alarm system are in place for added security.
